Harald Schlarb is Managing Director of HSIU Consulting. As a strategic consultant at Bain & Company, he has decades of experience in leading positions at Tesla and Daimler AG. His focus is on designing efficient, sustainable and future-oriented industrial systems in the automotive and technology sectors.

A central component of his professional career is his many years of international activity. He has lived and worked with his family for many years in various countries in Europe, Asia and South America – including England, Romania, China and Brazil. These experiences abroad have significantly shaped his deep understanding of intercultural cooperation, global production processes and the development of international teams.

For Harald Schlarb, progress means more than just technology – he sees it as the ability to work together across cultural and disciplinary boundaries to develop solutions that make a real difference.
Since 2023, Harald has been strengthening the Human Purpose Village network with his extensive expertise in strategic management consulting, production and infrastructure integration and sustainable transformation. Based in Berlin, as an industrial engineer he combines sound technical expertise with business excellence.
